"Easy check in, spacious rooms with tv in bedroom and lounge, lovely large bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Great location however, be mindful that the road is closed as a pedestrian walkway from 0900 but this isn’t a problem as there are parking facilities close by and for me as a blue badge holder there were plenty of spaces close enough. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Lovely small hotel, with charming grounds . Very helpful friendly staff . Clean , comfortable room . Wonderful breakfast and also excellent meal at their 10 tables restaurant ( masterchef dining with a chatty friendly chef )
Lovely experience all round. Would definitely stay there again if in that area . "

"Great place to stay. Bath in the room did not make sense at first but after 2hrs of soke I changed my mind.
Room was clean, mattress really comfy, breakfast tasty. The only thing I could perhaps complain was a bit low temperature in the room at night but despite that I had a good sleep "

"The room was clean, today and warm even if a little dated. The staff (Charles) on the second morning was very attentive and friendly.
Perfect location for the horse racing event at Sandown and access to the train for a trip to London too. "
