"The carpark was very busy over the weekend and, after a long day out, we were forced to park as far away from the hotel as was possible. Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). "Young Katy and her team are doing a great job! Really good value motel at a service station - one of the best I've stayed in. If you're on a budget this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Chester: friendly, welcoming, loads of parking (!) including electric charging right outside. Comfortable room, dog friendly (laminate flooring). The only thing missing is a towel rail in the bathroom! I'd stay again (always the best recommendation!)"

The Queen at Chester Hotel - Handwritten Collection7,2 km từ Sân bay Chester (CEG-Sân bay Hawarden)
8.6 trên 10, Xuất sắc, (1.003 nhận xét)
"Bed extremely uncomfortable - George V Room - I don't think I had a decent night's sleep during my stay! Room wasn't serviced properly on my penultimate day - the bin in the room (but not the one in the bathroom) was emptied and the tea/milk etc topped up, but the bed wasn't made properly. To be fair, one of the housekeeping staff did knock on the door and asked if I needed the room serviced - I said the bed wasn't made and she offered to make it but I told her not to bother.
No hard-of-hearing...
