"Staff was nice. First thing we noticed when entering our floor was it smelled like hamsters…once we got into our room one of the beds were broken, maintenance had to replace it. Sheets looked old..sheets did not fit bed in master. TVs did not get more than a few channels..these are not smart tvs. WiFi kept disconnecting. Door handle in his bathroom was installed upside down…made for a very awkward exit. The room key kept getting demagnetized..dishwasher front panel came off with first use…some detectors were veryyyy sensitive…dryer took hours to dry a load…horrible stay…beds were hard as rocks too.
