"The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious .
