"There were worms in the room. The room was not cleaned. We only stayed one night out of four. No one was there for us to get any help. No refund was given for the 3 nights we didn’t stay there."

"Probably the only hotel in Lyngby. Modern, minimalist facility, but not worthy of being classified as a 4-star. Small rooms without minimal equipment (wardrobe, bath mat, small toiletries). Breakfast sufficient but too repetitive for someone like me who stayed 6 days. Cleanliness is also minimalist, lots of dust on the furniture never cleaned. One day they didn't even redo the room."

The rooms are very basic - like student accommodation. A light and power socket didn’t work in my room. Don’t stay here if you’re looking to go out in Copenhagen, there are millions of closer hotels. "
