The hotel was in a perfect location with great rooms and facilities throughout. The rooftop bar was also excellent. Most of all, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the hotel and would be delighted to come back.

Not only were the rooms beautiful and super clean, the beds were the most comfortable we had experienced in our travels. San Sebastián is a real gem.
