"From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "

Marco at reception was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in late at night — he made us feel very welcome and even took the time to explain how to get around the charming city of San Sebastián and its beautiful historical landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center...

"The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property."
