"Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. The rooms are missing standard items like hair conditioner, shower caps, Q-tips, etc. Furthermore, soap and shampoo are locked like in a cheap motel. Waren met de auto, deze kon in een zijstraat aan de overkant geparkeerd worden en werd later door een medewerker geparkeerd in eigen garage onder het Hotel. "We arrive with our daughter and the reception lady didn’t permit she stayed with us in the room. We have to pay another room and it was the only hotel done that. The lady at the reception desk was very bad educated and spoiled."
