"Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. This is a personal preference to properly separate the two areas, it would not stop me from coming here again"

"Everything about Villa Soro was exceptional. From the spacious room with a private garden, to the beautiful lounge areas and garden, the wonderful breakfasts and lovely staff. It was a haven to retreat to in the heat of the afternoon. We also enjoyed using the hotel bikes for transporting us all around San Sebastián. A truly wonderful stay."

"This hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. At most two and a half. The rooms are missing standard items like hair conditioner, shower caps, Q-tips, etc. Furthermore, soap and shampoo are locked like in a cheap motel. It was very hard to get anything out of the bottle. The hotel does not have parking or any valet/bellhops services. In-room coffee service does not offer even a cheap creamer. "Superlocatie, vriendelijk en goed Engels sprekend personeel bij de receptie. Waren met de auto, deze kon in een zijstraat aan de overkant geparkeerd worden en werd later door een medewerker geparkeerd in eigen garage onder het Hotel. We verbleven 4 nachten, absolute aanrader op steenworp afstand van strand en boulevard en een leuke wandeling langs de boulevard naar hartje centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!"
