"Friendly staff"

"We have found our go-to hotel in Minneapolis. The Element is modern and convenient. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the light rail which makes it simple to go to the airport or St. Paul. The continental breakfast is outstanding. We particularly liked the yogurt parfait station with yogurt, fruit, nuts and other toppings. All in all, we will always stay at the Element when we visit Minneapolis."

"This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!"

"I liked the custom drink upon arrival. They had a complimentary 24k champagne drink for the Bruno Mars concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both reasonably priced and delicious!"

"Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure."

"The hotel was excellent! The only thing that I noticed that I didn't like was the air conditioner in my room was weak. My room would not go below 76 degrees F. Only on the last day did it go to 72 degrees F. It was odd but I would imagine the room would be unbearable if the temps were in the 90s vs 70s."

"Room was clean and when we needed more towels or toilet paper, housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was simple but on time and refilled often. Daytime front desk staff was very short with me and not willing to make any changes whenever I made a request. I booked a room that should have slept 4, but it clearly only slept 3. The fold out couch is tiny - was offered a roll away at an additional fee, even though the room was listed by the fire marshall as a an occupancy of 3 but it was sold...
