The bed linen and towels and washcloths were all STAINED. They moved to another room on the 10th fl and still the same concern, the linen- filthy and the door did not have a lock. We had to use the flap the secure the door. The location is prime with the less expensive with a parking fee. When offering coffee, decaf should be avaliable along with coffee creamer. "
