The property was ideal for us as an overnight stop over & had all the facilities we needed. Lovely location & views. We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly

Bijoux pods

Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.

When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed
