"I recommend this hotel. Staff is wonderful, rooms have everything you need and very clean. Breakfast was convenient. They have à laundry room which is free to use. All you pay for is detergent and dryer sheets. Should I return to St Robert, I will book this hotel through Hotels.com again."

"The TV in the room wouldn't turn on. The clerk came up. She figured to change the batteries in the remote. She found the remote turned on the TV but wouldn't choose a channel. So she brought a 2nd remote and that one changed channels. The she left and took the 1st remote. Then the remote she left changed channels OK but it wouldn't do anything else. The volume didn't work and it wouldn't turn the TV off. Very irritating. I think this is a problem staff knows about but never really fixes. Also you serve breakfast too late on Sunday. People like me need to be on the road by 7:00. I had to spend money buying breakfast. Should have gotten a partial refund from the motel because you didn't provide any breakfast."

"It took running hot water 20 min before it got warm enough to take a shower with it all the way on hot. Toilet would run all the time if you did not shake the Handel to unhang the flapper. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic."

"I traveled a lot for business a while ago and ended up avoiding Holiday Inn. We stayed here last night and I was blown away by the property! The room was spacious, clean, and there were thoughtful touches like lots of power connectivity options. We were impressed, and will definitely put Holiday Inn back on our list."
