"Location was great. Subway was close. Quiet location and room. Kitchenette was great. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Room is getting a bit old and was a little musty but was clean and comfortable."

"Very clean. Nice staff. Everything you could need in a place to crash in the shibuya area. Nice mall right across the road with fun food court in the basement.
Only downside is that the rooms are tiny (twin beds are both on same base and in the corner so one person has to scoot off the end) and the sink is outside the bathroom so no way to quietly brush teeth or wash up if the other occupant is sleeping. I recognize this smallness is common so not docking a ton of points but the reality is that...

"I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. "The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are in the basement level and felt a bit damp, so we kept the air conditioning running to keep the rooms dry. Also, the living room space had furniture that was not very suitable for 4 or 5 people to use so the area was not very comfortable. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and it was easy to check in but make sure you save the code somewhere convenient. There was no check-out procedures so that was great. The area is easy to get to and quiet even though the area a little further down is always busy. I liked where the place was located."
