Valet parking in on-site garage was run by a different company ($35 per 24 hours) but was personable and convenient. We did not use the onsite amenities other than lobby coffee, but the location, though a bit industrial/urban, felt safe and is in walking distance of several good places to eat and was convenient to our route to travel to Aqueduct closing...

When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event.
