This place is perfect for a stay with kids!! Hot chocolate at the ready easy walk to the MRT. Safe, clean, and quiet!! The housekeeping even folded our children's pjs and placed them on the pillow with their stuffed animals!! They went above and beyond. We couldn't of asked for better!!

Hotel was under construction when I stayed there and it was dusty both in the lobby and on some of the floors. I had a junior suite on the top floor with a balcony and it was comfortable to have coffee outside. This is a basic hotel that is value oriented, but in a convenient location to transportation and walkable to Stanley Park.

Room was very expensive. It was a single king size bed and the room is very small. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. No dining on site, but lots of great places to eat nearby. Snacks at the snack bar were quite expensive. Pillows were terrible, my husband woke up with a strained neck. We ended up using over six pillows to try to be comfortable. Sheets are not comfortable.
