"The resort is self is old, but the location is awesome and most of the people that work. There are very friendly except for one gentleman who is extremely rude. They really need to have their rooms a little bit cleaner."

Received a “towel” card at check-in which said if card not returned then there was a $25 fee. Felt as if we were expected to be towel thieves. "They were very accommodating. We needed a ground floor room because we were traveling with seniors with physical issues. Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working but Everything else was great. Local shopping and the ocean is close."

"Hotel was being renovated in the building we stayed in which was fine until we heard loud construction happening in the next room including all the drilling, hammering and a de humidifier in the hallway. The lobby was under renovations so in order to get to our room we had a maze of up to 3 the crossing over a bridge then elevator down to 2 etc it was a hassle for sure. "We enjoyed the grounds that are very well kept. The gas BBQ area was amazing with spectacular views. Rooms are clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have movie nights in the grounds, and various local music artists throughout the week. Music was always done by 9 or so. Great place families with kids too as they have nice pool. "This is our second stay at this property and it is as beautiful as I remembered it. We were quite relaxed as soon as we checked in. We were in a studio with a Murphy bed but it wasn’t too bad as we were out most of the day. Our next door neighbors were quite noisy and we alerted the Front Desk and it was remedied quickly by putting up a sound barrier between the connecting doors.
