"The rooms were not worth the cost in my opinion. 3/4 Elevators was not in use and the woman at check in was rude towards us for no reason."

The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. "We have an EV the front desk gave us a key fob to activate it. They only have one. If someone else has it you cannot charge although the charge was free. The bathroom wall by the shower head had mold on it as the water was spraying the wall. The bathroom door was warped probably from the water leaks. We were on the second floor and the people upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants. Every time we went to the desk no one was there. I had to yell hello many times to get someone."

"We have had rooms with a hot tub before BUT THE FIREPLACE was a wonderful addition. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And breakfast was a great surprise! We loved the additions to the traditional American offerings."
