"When we got to the room and inspected it the tub was filthy so we moved to another room that didn’t smell the best. We ended up checking out Sunday and did stay the second night after we had made prior reservations for 2 nights"

"The room was clean and beautifully remodeled. The System was updating and usually happens at very early times at night and normally takes an hour, which can limit the accessibility to the system and the front desk is not able to provide keys or register the client. She gave us the keys of a room that had a couple guest already inside the room and she say that the room should be available. Maybe the system was not correctly updated? Hard to know. "Unfriendly front desk staff. I came at 3 pm and the lady said she is working on rooms and ask me to come at 3.30 pm. I asked her to give call . She asked my license and checked and said my room is not ready and did not ask my number. I was waiting there and went to desk when it is more than 30-45 minutes . She then checked and gave me the room. She should have called. When I asked room number she said it is on card in unprofessional way. She was very serious and sounded like she did not care....
