Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service and they have to serve 40+ floors taking too much time sometimes to leave or get into your room. "Room was very clean, and extremely quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and near Central Park, the subway and numerous stores. It was a little more expensive than I hoped to spend but overall a great value for NY. Look forward to staying here again."

"the staff here is probably the most unfriendly in NY. The guys manning the front desk in the evening as well as the security personnel need a re-fresh in what it means to make guests feel welcome. the room is in need of a serious refresh and the carpets a deep clean, but thats easy enough to overlook for the price and location. It s the staff behaving like thugs that really makes this a hotel to absolutly skip. "

"It was dirty with pills and bloody wrapped up paper,. Maybe a pad. I didn’t open it. No soap in the bathroom and stains of blood by the window. Didn’t stay, and the front desk is fighting me for a refund. Immediately left and booked another room in a different hotel with my 3 kids "
