"Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions all through our stay. Room was really clean with more than enough towels, kitchen, and bathroom supplies. Air conditioning worked great. The water pressure in the shower was one of the best out of any hotels I have stayed at. Hotel was quiet and never had any issues hearing others at any time. "

"The parking lot and Lobby were disgusting. After learning my room was inadvertently canceled (not by me) and that there were no rooms available, I had to leave. I was angry at first, but given the conditions of the place I was not surprised by their poor service and realized I would not be staying there anyways given the condition of the place."

"The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of. "

"When i arrived the staff was excellent in getting my check in done quickly. Found shower drain was plugged after starting shower. I found hair in the drain and cleaned it out so i could finish shower. Light in light fixture wasnt working either"

"First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting. "

"Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up"
