"stayed here w four other ppl and there was plenty of space for all of us! right about a subway station so it was super convenient to get around. walking distance from dontonbori and osaka tower. there’s a lawton’s,7/11, and family mart nearby so it was great for late night snacks. and a block down there’s a great bento place for cheap eats ! "

"Very comfortable hotel with a great location. The "smart" check in process is annoying and for us did not work at both Minn properties as hotels.com confirmation number is not the hotels reference number which causes confusion and needs assistance from humans that are not really there. They are there but they just tell you to use the online survey check-in process which is glitchy. We watched many travelers with similar issues."

"Adorei, muito espaçosa e funcional, nao tem recepção mas ate esquema para deixar suas malas ja foi pensado e mesmo assim tem limpeza todos os dias. Os comandos pela alexa funcionam bem e perto da estação de metro/trem. Tinha leve poeira na parece. Voltaria com certeza!"

"Beautiful, clean, spacious room with comfy beds. Great water pressure in bath/ shower. Loved having washer/dryer in our room with laundry detergent included. Great location, 5 minute walk to Sanjo Keihan Subway station, walking distance to Gion and next to Lawson convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is one of the best places me and my partner have stayed at and one we will be coming back to the next time we are in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived Keiko provided us with exceptional service. We asked her for a recommendation for katsu and she suggested a spot on the Michelin guide. We realized it was about to close for the afternoon and without hesitation she called the restaurant and we were able to have the best meal of our whole trip."
