I got a very good deal and the hotel was very elegant. Hiroshima’s main attractions like the Atomic Bomb Dome, Shukkeien Gardens, and the Peace Memorial Museum are at walkable distance. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Hiroshima Station. Super convenient!

Overall it was a great location to stay. Very convenient that the bus stops were right beside the hotel. They hosted a nice lobby setting from 3-9pm that had coffee and finger foods so it was a good welcoming experience.

It was a subpar experience in the hotel. My room Ac wasn't working so I slept under the thick comforter trying to be warm. The staff were nice. The breakfast was not to my liking. The view of the city was nice.

Wonderful Price For a 4-Star Hotel

I was honestly surprised at just how affordable this place is! It's a 4-star hotel on Google, and rightfully so. They have a wide variety of options at the restaurant in the lobby, "Cafe New York". And it's within walking distance to Hondori and the Memorial Park. The rooms are spacious as well and sleepwear as well as water bottles are provided in the room.

Room was really small and in a very poor condition, room smelled bad. I am glad we booked 2 rooms for the 3 of us. It seems room lacks maintenance and needs to be “refreshed” before customers arrive. Bathroom had a pretty bad smell too. Towels seemed very old or dirty. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning wasn’t available, which was quiet surprising (not in a good way). Room temperature was around 24C. Nice complimentary coffee, chi-Bo (drink) and snacks offered from 3pm to 9:00pm. Overall I was pretty disappointed with this hotel.
