"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. The room was dark and I didn’t like it. However they have a nice pool on the roof top, and the hotel was really clean."

"We hit some obstacles with our stay that was handled very well. Our A/C was out. They moved us rooms and that a/c was out. They didn't have any rooms available. Mona apologized. Luckily we had a balcony room and could get the door open about 4 inches. She brought us two fans and we were able to cool the room down a bit. They also refunded us partially and gave us late check out. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is wonderful!"
