"Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

"Honestly super in love with TRU by Hilton, I’ve stayed in a few TRU hotels and they where all clean and has friendly staff, for now on, I and my family will loyal to this brand of hotels super consistent when it comes to beds and cleanliness!"

"As expected. Clean hotel overall. No complaints. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but yes they have it. Oh and there’s a $100 deposit (pay cash if you can). No complaints about the hotel or room"

"What a great time we had the hospitality was magnificent."

"We reserved an assessable room. The bed was less than 18” off the floor and we struggled to get up and down. Also the bed frame was bent allowing the mattress from to fall another inch or two when there was weight on the left side of the bed. We were waiting for it to collapse during the night. Also the commons area was right outside our door. It was noisy up to 3:00am. We like the location near our daughter’s home and have stayed before. Between the noise and the bed we may have to rethink...

"They tried to kick me out in the middle of the night. I prepaid the trip..they said i owed money and locked me out of the room and my service dog in the room. My check out date was the 10th and they started this on the 9th.. There was boric acid aroznd the walls and in every crack. Not pet or kid griendly. Dead roaches in my bath tub upon check in."

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality."

"You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice."

"Overall the my stay at days Inn was ok however, needs to be better TV reception and more of a selection of stations to watch, It was ok but it was a problem to watch TV and the TV would go out."
