The location of the hotel was great, not right in the busy area but within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The rooms, while tidy and well maintained, were much smaller than expected so take that into consideration. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Good location, very helpful staff, lovely choice of breakfast. Afternoon tea on the house is a nice touch. This os my 2nd stay here, and my suggestion is to take the rooms facing the front with windows, even paying the extra room tariffs, as the other rooms are small and feel quite claustrophobic. This time there was a period one evening when the WiFi was not working, but I guess it was an aberration and the staff were apologetic. All in all, good value for money.

I notice that, when booking with Expedia, the hotels tend to put you in the least optimal room. I was not happy with my room near the AC units (outside the window) the hotel not only changed my room, but they upgraded me! Speak up, and a good hotel will be according! I had a great stay and the hotel is better than the photos.

Great location, not far from sights but you can walk out the door and get coffee or food without having to wade through a sea of other tourists. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop was great, it felt very peaceful even tho you're in the middle of the city, my favorite thing was reading out there every night before bed.
