The room condition was under standards. There were signs of water damages on walls, ceilings and bathroom cabinet. Shower’s drain was blocked and there were sharp nail under the room carpet next to the ceramic floor. We report them to the receptionist, hopefully these will be fixed. On a positive note however, restaurant staff was very polite and responded carefully to our request. Choices at breakfast are limited to 2.

Overally, the hotel is clean and quite near the airport. However, breakfast is quite poor. Food and Beverage staff is not friendly. I booked 1 single room and 1 double bedroom. For double bedroom, he said I will have 3 voucher only for breakfats whileas it’s supposed to be 4 voucher. I didn’t like to argue with him at the restaurant. My single room added my 2 years old son. And my double bedroom is for my brother’s family which has 3 people. The F&B staff said he is flexible for me by adding more noodle in my soup so my 2-yr-old can share with me. My son will not be allowed for breakfast. My family is 4 adults, one 11-yr-old girl and one 2-yr-old boy but there are 5 breakfast voucher. Moreover, the evening receptionist looked not welcoming. Security guards are the nicest staff overal.

Great and convenient place

Front desk and restaurant Staff are super friendly and professional, quick to respond to requests, rooms are clean and efficient. Be prepared for a hot room when you first get in, The AC took a couple of hours to cool the room, but once it’s on, it works perfectly. Don’t plan to bring durian back to the hotel as requested by staff. Breakfast menu is the same every day, and you can request different dishes If you want to. There are free instant coffee tubes and tea bags but ramen noodle is not free , hotel should have been more clear on stuff that is left on counter, whether they are free or charged. Location is so close to the airport, and surrounding areas have many eateries and coffee shops. I wanted to return to this hotel later for 5 more days and asked if they would honor the same rate but they refused. I then booked a 8.2 hotel 2 minutes away and got a much lower rate than my previous rate at Ciao. They’re losing my business and missing out on my loyalty and patronage.

Stayed one night and it was very pleasant. Very close to the airport so it's great if you need an overnight stay if you planning to fly out the next day. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly.

The only thing I thought the hotel lack was the breakfast menu was very small and the hotel pool hours were very short. You could not come home after a day of shopping and relax in the pool because it close so early.
