Nice spot great stay

Love the Apartment ladies clean every day fresh bottle of water completely nice in good area lots of eating venues great fresh food house shop very cheap has most items beer Spirit wine small goods and reasonable prices food parlour nice food Vietnamese Indian Europe foods good prices if you wanting to have night in but local Grab good for room delivery food as well I like Apartment was great having to always ask for towels and toilet paper but staff always help out I can recommend this as a good stay Ground pool in morning during heat and afternoon pool at sunset on roof spectacular views whilst watching sunset

I would choose something else

Don't go. Our first room when we arrived was horrible. Second room was ok. Overall cleaning in hotel is minus level. Reception is not helpful. Girl liked to watch movies more then be helpful for clients. There is no roof top pool. There is new private gym and for old gym to everyone's to use. Location is easy to go with bus.

The price is decent. The hotel was nicely build. However, the hotel is not well cleaned. It is dirty everywhere. I am very surprised. It seems like there is manager. It is cheap but i won't come back.

If you're staying in SG, get a hotel near district 1 or 3. The Cozrum Homes was dirty, people were doing construction around the clock, peeled wallpaper etc. I wouldn't recommend.

The place was filthy, the wall looked like it’s never been clean, there were bugs and lizard in my room. The sheets were old. The floor looks dirty. I wanted a new room or refund and they refuse. I booked a new hotel after that.

Worst Hotel in Ho Chi Minh I ever been!!!

Very bad smell around room, cleaning stuff don’t know what clean means, in 2 week stay, never changes bed cover at all. Outside hotel hall you can see massive dead bugs. Don’t come here pay little more for better standard.

It bothers me that the communication between me and the middle management was so intolerable that it tarnishes the review of this property. There was a mishap (medication was thrown away). When I realized that cleaning staff had mistakenly thrown my medication out, I told the desk immediately. Initially the management said they would cover the loss. Then they claimed I lied. Then they attempted to negotiate by telling me the maid would be responsible for the $400 to replace my meds. Other than that managerial failure the property is fairly nice.
