Sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig in 15 bis 30 min zu erreichen. Zentral aber in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße gelegen.

room is a bit small as mentioned but well arranged. Shower is great. Good service from the desk staff with helping to reccomand places, providing a city map helping book a taxi and etc...

Lovely staff, good location

Nice and quiet but still within walking distance to all the night life. Staff are all lovely - we liked the hotel so much we extended our stay twice. Only one complaint - the WiFi is slow and unreliable.

ホテルの紹介欄に「２４時間空港送迎」記載されていたので、それを見て予約しましたが、出発前にメールで予約すると「一杯で席がない。」との事でタクシーを使いました。帰路の送迎についてはフロントでお願いしたが「送迎はないのでタクシーで行ってください。」と言われてタクシーで空港へ行きました。スタッフの対応などは良かったのです。

Great Boutique Hotel

My stay at the Empress Hotel was really good. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were informative of where to find places and made my stay very relaxing. My bedroom and ensuite were lovely and had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the meal was perfect. On my last day there was a huge downpour and I got extremely wet on my way back for my luggage, Although I had checked out at noon, the staff let me use a small cloakroom to change out of my very wet clothes before leaving for the airport and my flight home to New Zealand. I can thoroughly recommend the Empress Hotel and will certainly be staying there again when I return to Vietnam in the New Year.

Never stay at this hotel again

This place is way overpriced for their services and room type. U can get much better place for your money. The staff seems never happy. Why would u be this industry when u can never smile in front of your guest. We r paying them money not like asking for a free stay. And they absolutely not helpful. The breakfast choices are limited. And if u ever give them any negatives comments, they will not happy. I was giving my honest opinion about my check in experience and I got questions by the front desk the next morning as I was walking out. Not with the possitive attitude, more like questioning why I gave them a bad review. Absolute horrible. I will not recommend this place for my family and friends . I should of read other ppl reviews before I booked, no wonder this place looks dead all the time.

Old bad hotel

Poor customer services, poor room services, lift not functioning properly. Got to pay 1 million vnd as deposit. I book a room for 2 persons but was told it was meant for 1 person; thus I had to pay extra 150,000 vnd for 2nd person per day; 3 days stay cost me extra 450,000 vnd....absurd ! Will not book this hotel again.

Very nice room!

Jeg nåede aldrig at tjekke ind på dette hotel, da de i receptionen bad om en kopi af mit visa kort. Da jeg bad om en forklaring hvorfor, forstod jeg ikke på receptionistens engelsk hvad årsagen var. Under alle omstændigheder nægtede jeg at lade dem kopiere mit kort og kunne således ikke tjekke ind på hotellet.Jeg har ikke oplevet det på nogle andre hoteller jeg har boet på.

Chambres petites mais refaites et confortables

Les parties communes sont vieillotte mais la chambre pour le prix de 20€ est très correcte . Cependant, il ont fait une promotion sur la deluxe. Dans le cas ou ce ne serait pas ce type de chambre je ne pense pas que ça vaille le coup
