Our first room was close to the external cooling infrastructure inside of the building shaft. The permanent working infrastructure created some a permanent level of noise. However, the hotel team responded immediately to our request and provided us an alternative room. The hotel team is very professional and supportive. The hotel very clean and modern.

We had a great stay at M City Hotel in Saigon. The staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke great English. Minh was especially helpful, offering great suggestions on places to visit. We especially loved the pool as it was a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely stay here again.
