I have to say that I’ve been to quite a few luxury hotels/high end managed apartments and the staff at Sommerset were the best! From front desk- shout out to Trang and her colleagues- to the bellman, cleaning staff, all were so wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Good location in the city to CBD as well as district 2. Beds condition was good and conditions of rooms were overall very good. I didn’t expect breakfast but it was decent.

Thank you for the upgrade. Our room was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. We loved that there was a convenience store on site. The pool was ‘interesting’. Quite clinical and lacking in vibes. Some music would be an improvement. We did like that we could buy a beer at the convenience store and drink it on the pool loungers.

Excellent property. Well run by the staff who are super helpful. Nice pool. Good security. Gives you so much more room than a regular hotel room. I would use this company anywhere they have an available property. I also stayed in their Singapore apartments that were equally good.

Somerset is in a very good location to the major attractions. The one-bedrooms have large open kitchens with plenty of counter space. Grab transport is quite inexpensive when traveling to most major attractions.

Clean and quiet property in central, safe and affluent district 1. Washing machines in each unit! Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choices of cooked and fresh food both Asian and western cuisine. The apartments are very quiet, the internet has good speed, and there is a small store on site.

The hotel is pretty good for the price you pay and for the size of accommodation. The pool is adequate and the breakfast is not that great in terms of choice. The airport transfer is extorsionate, you are much better off getting a Grab on arrival.

Good stay in a two bedroom unit. Quiet and in a more serene area in District 1. Next to GEM. 9 minutes walk to a Michelin guided pho stall and 7 minutes walk to one of the best massge place. Staff are friendly and property is large with all amenities.

Good hotel with good location

Nice hotel located in District 1. Very good location, you can walk to most of things which is worth to see and do. Nice employees at the hotel, very polite and nice. Always a smile, that make us happy. The apartment was spacious with three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast included was okei. The fitness room had exact what you need, and the pool was nice. Unfortunately it was a little bit dirty in our apartment, but I will still book this hotel again. Overall a good stay with good value for money.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment style for six of us. It was more than enough room and well maintained! They provided enough drinkable water for all of us. The pool was well maintained and perfect for the little ones. Would stay again.
