Lana and Phillip at the front desk area were the best! They were both always helpful. They both would greet you with a huge smile and an offer to help or just to chat, every time you walk in the lobby. The breakfast was small but very good with fresh eggs cooked to order. The location is perfect, kind of down a side street not very busy, quiet and close to the river with many amenities. The room was spacious and clean. I felt incredibly comfortable there. Wonderful budget hotel. Located right in District One, within walking distance of all attractions. Rooms are average size, well equipped with all necessary essentials. Breakfast was basic, with a few breads and some Vietnamese dishes. Sufficient to get you started for the day. Staff were excellent helpful and very friendly, starting with Rose and her colleague at reception, Phillip and Henry - the bellboys and Tammy at the breakfast counter. Would definitely stay again if I visit Saigon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are wonderful (Henry the bellboy is very sweet). The room was very comfortable and the shower was luxurious. The breakfast was excellent and a very special thank you to Tammy who was so kind, sweet and attentive. She makes an excellent omelette, probably one of the best I have ever had!
