"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. "We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! "I stay here often. This time I paid double the amount and was given unit 9. It says deluxe king with sofa bed. More like a crap king no deluxe and no sofa bed. The stove doesn’t work. Stains and just pure disgust through the entire unit. An awful smell. I’ve contacted host and they want to argue so I’m going to dispute this charge as I have requested compensation for terrible web description. We had to buy another hotel during our stay. I could not stay in that filthy unit! "
