"The front desk and lobby staff were welcoming and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, stylish without being stuffy, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed a great dinner and excellent service at The Terrace restaurant on the rooftop. The only downsides were that because the rooftop turns into a nightclub at 10pm on weekend, the music was slightly audible even from our 9th-floor room (though earplugs were provided)—and housekeeping not servicing our room by 4pm despite...
