"The room was well appointed and clean. Nice and close to the airport. With day stay available made things very easy to relax before our flight. The only issue was with the shuttle bus. We waited for an hour at the airport waiting for it to turn up."

"This was a very nice hotel. It's close to downtown. Easy to get to shopping. Alot of restaurants near by. Its safe, clean, real nice. The little details were very elegant. It is pricey though as far as room service and snacks for sale. I didn't like that they didn't have a way to warm your food up. You have to pay $10 a night for a microwave, which it should've had anyway. But that was my knly problem. Other than that good place to stay while enjoying Cali. Definitely recommend. If i ever...

"Airport shuttle runs ever 30 minutes. Easy to use. It is a nice hotel but security needs to monitor noise levels after 11 or 12 pm so that travellers can get some sleep. It shouldn't be my duty to run after security to monitor noise levels (especislly after 40+ hours of flying & travelling through airports). The hotel had low occupancy yet they put noise clients right next to us. The walls are way to thin. TV was blasting until 3:36 am. Our alarm to get up to head to the airport was for 3:45 am....
