"Amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect. Room was beautiful and really spacious and cosy. Nicely decorated and loved the small touches. Had dinner which was really good. Possibly one of the best places we have stayed in UK. Will try and get back for a few nights again"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. Good location as we were planning to catch the ferry from Lymington. Nice gardens. Very helpful staff especially Yan who was knowledgeable about the wines. Very comfortable bed and evening meals were delicious. Definitely would recommend for a relaxing stay"

"Did not have breakfast, but evening meal was good. Room was okay but for the three nights we stayed we didn’t get bed made or tea/coffee replenished or the small bin emptied. As for the noise from people using rooms above us it was a nightmare (do not choose room 3) Was not impressed "

"Nice, older style hotel in great location near quayside. In pedestrian street so have to park elsewhere nearby and early morning noisy bin collections!! Didn't find a lift up to second floor! Really comfy beds"

"Clean and comfy. We stayed in a family room. Some discrepancies between what we booked on Expedia and what was sent through to the hotel, but was sorted by email and phone call in advance. Warm welcome and THE most amazing dairy free, gluten free complimentary brownies I've ever tasted. The room was lovely and just what we needed for a one night stop to break up a longer journey. "Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay."
