"Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!"

"The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer ."

Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location."

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH?
