"Excellent breakfast "

"We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were...

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. "Elevators on the main floor were not working. Apparently from what we were told they have been out of service for over a month. Room was comfortable and clean. Rust on wall in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in."

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"There’s a few spots to eat nearby Whataburger McDonald’s Subway but there’s things if you’re willing to drive a few miles down the road. Boardwalk should be taken off as a scenery because more than half of the stores are closed."

"Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."
