"We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room."

"Immediately walking in it was clear that they only changed the sheets and did nothing else. The lamp was visibly broken, the carpet was covered in crumbs and had earrings etc left on it, there was mystery residue on the wall behind the bed, burnt food residue left on top of the stove, small red stains on the bed sheets, and smears on the bathroom door including a dried up brown blob. "The biggest issue was only 1of 2 elevators were working which caused a lot of delays and crowding. For the cost per night you would think that repairing it would be a priority. When we checked out at 10 am there was no work being done or even a sign saying it was broken."
