"Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"Great location for an overnight thru LHR—easy in and out. Very clean and comfortable, rooftop restaurant was awesome. Would recommend and definitely stay again. "

"Hotel was good enough for a night. Beds comfy, clean, etc. Lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel is looking old ( carpets stained, dated) all in all its an alright hotel. Staff was very nice. Up graded my room without asking which was a pleasent surprise. When traveling note tho that although a shuttle does come to the hotel ( not with the hotel itself) its note included as expedia add makes it seem. Maybe i read it wrong but all hotels that offer shuttle in my area of canada are...

"Parking was free and easy. The staff was polite and helpful and efficient. The room was clean and easy to access, although the use of mechanical keys meant only one key per room, but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was simple, but hot with a few options, not just muffins and toast. A quick walk to the bus station allowed access to the city at a low price. Restaurants and services were also a few minutes walk away. The best part was the helpful and friendly staff. Every request...
