"I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was the first time that the carpet in the room was super dirty. They were massive brown stains in multiple places. Everything else was spotlessly clean, but the floor made it feel dirty. So much so that I kept my shoes on the wholes time!"

"Stayed here on a one-night layover. Very “American style” (free standing modern building with big rooms) Marriott other than not having a free shuttle to/from airport. Uber was a little over 20GBP. Because the hotel is not on the airport grounds, You can walk around the corner for about a 1/4 mile and get a decent meal and a beer at a neighborhood pub that has indoor outdoor seating called the Pheasant. Very welcoming and avoids eating in the hotel restaurant although the hotel restaurant...

"This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!"

"We had a driver drop us off at the Hilton Garden Inn, London Heathrow. What we didn't know was there are 2 Hilton Garden Inns, London Heathrow. They are located specific to the Airport Terminals you want to fly out of. We were left at the wrong one. When I was making reservations it was not clear that I needed to include the Postal Code in order to tell a driver how to get us there. It caused lost time and another driver charge to take us to the correct one. The hotel was excellent."

"Will not stay there again. The carpets in the hallway to the rooms smelled. They sprayed this strong scent all over the hotel so they can cover up for the carpet smell I guess. We were told we had to pay 5 pounds/person for the pool which is ridiculous because it should be included and the changing rooms were so dirty with towels all over the floor and were slippery floors. The staff at the pool was also not nice and attempted to open the door to the changing room while my daughter was changing...
