"I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room had no fresh air or fridge or safety deposit box. The room was dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no cleaning services throughout my stay. The whole property had no fresh air including the lobby and rooms. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly from check in to check out. I will not stay here again."

"Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable as were the beds. The hotel is located alond a very busy road and public transportation is readily accessible. However keep in mind that it is a long bus ride in to the city or other attractions."
