"Goed hotel vlakbij het station Hayes & Harlington dus zo in centrum Londen. Ook de supermarkt Asda op de hoek. Personeel erg vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was redelijk maar hoeveel wil je eten? Kamers waren netjes en schoon"

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Abhishek, the Manager gave us a five star service. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in everything. Will definitely recommend to stay in this centrally located hotel. Thanks Abhishek for all your help. It is very much appreciated. It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"Not a pleasant atmosphere. Property very old . Bathroom stinks, shower leaks and sink blok. Have to change room on the second day which was ok ok not that great. Try to avoid if possible. Only good thing is the staff very helpful."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation "

"This so called guest is just a house that rents out rooms. It is a long walk from the bus stop. The ensuite was old and needs refurbishment. Taps rusty, shower old. Would not stay at this property again"
