Hyatt Regency Houston West
The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Southwest
Has bed bugs so disgusting you have to move the mattress out to look really good. My daughter had gotten bit all over her arms and stomach.
