"We absolutely loved our stay. We had a Mountain View room, which provided incredible views. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided an extra bedroom which we were not expecting. The air temperature control worked very well, so you could be as warm or cool as you wanted without a problem. This is something that is very important to us. When we arrived via the hotel shuttle, we were immediately greeted by the hotel dogs, Heidi and Rich. Being animal lovers, this was fantastic. We fed them treats and exchanged lots of pets and hugs throughout our visit. The hotel’s chef was out sick and the hotel provided us a full time driver that took us wherever we needed to go throughout our visit. He was kind and thoughtful. Rich even joined us in the car for a ride:).We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at the Celestial Village."

"We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park. "

"The hotel is truly unique in terms of surrounding and buildings (though it was in a remote area). The stay was an exceptionly experience to us. We were greeted by the manager and sent off by him personally. He was warmth and sincere when servicing us. The overall feel of the stay was marvelous. "

"Lovely and homely stay at the lodge. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin room which we loved. Rain was extremely welcoming and helped us with all our luggage and even brought out a heater to our room as soon as we asked. Great communication, amazing location for the Zhangjaijei mountains, and Rain even dropped us and picked us up. There is a tea master as well who makes home made teas and some cute pets. Truly feels like a lovely family run cosy home. Would definitely recommend!"
