"Was in town to visit the Space & Rocket Center. This hotel had great prices, was very close to the Space Center and had a kitchen for cooking in the room which was convenient. The room I booked was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. "

"The location was short staffed. Oupon arrival they told us one of the boilers was out but we shouldn't see any issues. They were wrong 2 out of out 4 night stay water was cold as ice they finally fixed them sometime Saturday. The our room was infested with ants anything drink or food if we laid it on the counter we would be come swarmed. "I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...
