"Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!"

"As a Hilton Honors member, I was very pleased with my experience at check-in. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful, and positive. The property itself was clean, contemporary, spacious, and very welcoming. Upon departure, I like to stop by the front desk to confirm there are no additional charges on my room and to request a printed receipt. In the past at another property, I experienced an issue where my card was charged for a room that had been paid for with reward points, so I prefer to double-check before leaving. When I arrived at the front desk, I noticed the staff member was assisting several guests at the breakfast and coffee station by refilling supplies. I waited a few minutes before approaching her and politely asked if she could assist me with checking out and printing a receipt. She responded that she would be there in just a moment because she was refilling the creamers. After waiting at the front desk approximately another 5–8 minutes, I noticed she had continued bringing out additional supplies to restock. I walked back over and explained that although I understood she was the only staff member available at the moment, I really needed assistance with my receipt and checkout. Her response caught me off guard when she replied, “I am helping guests.” I responded, “I am a guest too.” She eventually came over and assisted me, but the interaction left me feeling overlooked and somewhat dismissed. Date May 23 & 24th - check out 9:00am"

"This by far the best hotel in Lynchburg...very clean spacious rooms our suite had a full full kitchen dining area and separate living room with 55 in. tv with another 55 in. in the bedroom...great breakfast and location 5 stars"

"SHAME on you Wyndham. This property needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. Room is outdated and smells so musty that I went and bought air freshener and sanitizing wipes. Iron board was broken and only 1 set of towels were provided. Telephone did not work. Horrible conditions!"

"The room was very small. I think young people would like it. Shower was awkward. The most disappointing thing was that I chose it because the site said something about coffeeshop/Cafe and I thought that would make a 2 day stay easier. The coffee shop was the typical big carafes on a table that most motels have now and the Cafe was some snacks like chips and bottled drinks. The breakfast was ok."
