"Ok ,I stayed here with my family and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The property was clean! Parking was a bit odd since it’s shared with the mall but no big deal. But Toni at the front desk was nothing shy of AMAZING! Toni was awesome and he took care of my family so we could enjoy our stay! All in all I would DEFINITELY go back!"

"The room was fine. However, the negative part of this experience was that a hotel staff decided to call our room at 5:20am regarding an error from check in. When confronted, the staff did not do anything to respond to this strict inconvenience. This call absolutely ruined our stay and made it uncomfortable. If you are looking for a big room, it’s your hotel. But if you want good service find somewhere else."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds and located close to shopping centers, restaurants and movie theater. The staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better but was ok. Enough parking on the property."

"The hotel was nice, however our shower was dirty, there was someone's long black hair all over the shower walls. I have short blonde hair and my husband is bald so we know it wasn't ours."

"Our bathroom smelled terrible, one of the beds mattress cover was stained/soiled, they wouldn’t give us towels as they stated they didn’t have any then we asked again the next day they stated the same thing but then gave us two after they said they clean rooms every three days. The staff at the front were out for about 25 minutes and we needed to have our key re-keyed and when the guy came he stated he was stuck in traffic."
