"My only issue with our stay was with the televisions. We had to reset the tv and give permission to all the streaming apps every time we turned the TV on. If you experience a day where it rains heavily throughout the entire day, some while you dry is helpful."

"The room was just as I expected it. It was nice, quiet, clean and spacious. Just steps away from bourbon street without the noise. The front door kitties are nice. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The only drawback was my hubby is 6'5" and he had to duck some in the bathroom and shower. That is the nature of older buildings though."

Charges to my bill b/c a sensor in the room was triggered when a beverage or snack from the minibar was moved is a great way to generate revenue without an expense. "My room was very nice and the staff cleaned it daily with precision. The only thing that I didn't like is they charge you additionally for standard wi-fi. With what it cost to stay there it should be included. "

And the parking staff were horrible not very helpful and they told us to park in a certain spot and that it would be OK we went in the room dropped our stuff off came back out and had a boot on our that quickly as if they purposely did that to set us up. Pretty pricey to remove it"
