"Convenient to the terminal"

"The reason I booked this hotel was because it provided a complimentary airport shuttle. When I enquired to arrange airport transport I was informed that the shuttle only operates in the morning. I was further informed that transport from the airport to the hotel operates from 6pm onwards so as my departure flight was not until 10pm I requested transport to the airport. I was told this was not possible. I tried to explain that the shuttle would be leaving the hotel to go to the airport so why couldn't I be taken. The staff would were quite rude and would not budge in any way to try and accomodate my request. "

"The room was good for what we needed. Had 4 sets of dishes, cups and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable and larger than expected (queen). We stayed in the room with one bunk bed and both headboards had lights and outlets. Great location, close to Kamata station with a family mart right next door. Tons of restaurants near by. You can easily hear the cars from the street but it is a very quiet street so cars come by very infrequently. The lobby is tiny but always smells of eucalyptus which was very welcoming. Check in was easy and done through a tablet in the lobby as there is no actual desk staff. Would stay here again. "

"Writing a detailed review as I was thoroughly impressed: 1. Translation is impeccable in both English and Chinese, and it was done in the most formal, respectful register possible. 2. Layout. This is one of the most spacious chain hotels I've stayed in. You made sure there are no rooms opposite to each other which limits noise and increases comfort in one's stay. 3. Luggage space and clothes area are all tastefully designed, allowing us to hang our used and clean clothes up in fully separate areas. This was a great design detail. 4. Beds are larger than what I'd expect in a double room. Lots of pillows to choose from. 5. Plastic protector on door which also limits noise for all units. Free water. 6. My only gripe is that there are no lotion/cream for ladies in the room, but I understand this can easily get stolen. Maybe consider giving out a small pack, or made available upon request at front desk. 7. Absolutely wonderful staff, again special thanks to Tabaru & cleaning staff."
